About the Author

I'm Justin Gero, MS, a public health communications professional with 15 years of experience in the field. I have spent my career translating complex public health information for different audiences.

My experience includes working on local, state, national, and global health campaigns. I've supported organizations that conduct research & development on new medicines, advocate for clinicians and patients, and provide direct care in communities. Focus areas include vaccines, infectious diseases, HIV/AIDS, nursing organizations, community-based healthcare, and working with people with disabilities.

Today, I work with healthcare and public health organizations, supporting and advising on communications, marketing, and public relations.
